Project Manager – Job Opportunity

Patriot Homes, LLC is seeking project managers whose primary focus will be selling roofing jobs but we also work with siding and gutters.

As a project manager, some of your functions include working with new customers who will qualify for an insurance-funded roof, siding, window, and gutter replacement. Selling the customer on the value that you and Patriot Homes offer, signing a contract with the customer, meeting with insurance adjusters, and filling out work orders. You get to be out enjoying the beautiful weather while helping people.
We recognize that this is the driving force of our business. Whether you are seasoned in roofing sales or completely new to the industry, we will give you the level of support you need to succeed.
Our management style is by servant leadership, rather than micromanagement. We provide an updated and modern office space, industry-specific software and apps and in-house production, estimators, material runners, as much or as little back office support and training as needed, sales office supplies, shirts, and an enjoyable high-energy work environment.

• Ability to Safely Climb and Inspect Roofs.
• Sales experience is recommended but not necessary.

Compensation for this position can be incredibly rewarding. A sales rep with high goals and a good work ethic can make upwards of 100k+.

There is no shortage of roofs, windows, and siding needing replacement. There was a very large storm that just swept through Minnesota and there is an abundance of roofing claims that will come out of it.
